Vintage 18k BOUCHERON Heart Lock Pin/Pendant w/18k Snake Chain
A stylish and romantic padlock pin/pendant made by the famed designer Boucheron! Crafted in vibrant 18k gold, this Vintage French-made piece featured a heart shaped lock pendant/pin hanging from an intricate snake chain. The smooth surface of the pendant is derailed with a keyhole at the center and topped off with a simple shackle. Attached at the top of the shackle is a gold knot motif, which acts both as a necklace bail and a pin backing. The pin's dual shanks are secured by a simple figure-8 safety. A round snake chain is threaded through the pin mechanism to make a beautiful necklace. The chain is secured by a simple lobster clasp marked with "750". The reverse side of the heart locket is etched with "BOUCHERON PARIS", "18k", and a serial number, "12255". A fabulous and stylish designer piece that blends seamlessly into modern day fashion, this pin/pendant would make a perfect addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pendant measures 2 1/8" long, just under 1" wide, and 1/2" thick. The chain measures 18" long
