Victorian 14k Oxblood Coral Graduated Necklace
A gorgeous oxblood coral bead necklace from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This lovely necklace is comprised of a single strand of graduated oxblood coral beads, which are hand strung on deep red thread. Each natural and undyed bead has a smoothly polished surface and displays a spectacular, rich red color. The graduated beads meet at a 14kt gold hook push clasp in the back for a secure closure. Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 22" in length. The largest bead, which is in the center of the strand, measures approximately 1/4" long and is approximately 3/10" thick. The smallest bead measures 1/8" long and 3/16" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to any of the beads, which are all intact and securely strung. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
