Edwardian 18k Sapphire & Diamond Ring
A beautiful sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! This stunning piece is crafted in 18k yellow gold, and has an alternating sapphire and diamond design that decorates the front of the ring. The ring features 3 vibrant sapphires, which display a luscious blue hue and have an approximate total carat weight of .50ctw. The sapphires are separated by 2 old mine cut diamonds, which have an approximate total carat weight of .20ctw and display H/I color and VS1-VS2 clarity. All of the stones are held within shared-prong settings, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. The inside of the shank is stamped with an "18CT" purity mark. A timeless piece, this ring would be perfect for everyday wear!
Measurements: The ring is a size 7 but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.4mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and all of the sapphires and diamonds are secure and intact.
