The watch swivel clasp and toggle both feature a maker's mark which reads: "C.E.C", a small lion-motif, and the letter "b". These hallmarks indicate that the piece is English in origin. The necklace is also accompanied by a medallion pendant. The center of the pendant features a rose gold shield motif, and the border of the medallion features a twisting, cutout-design border. The back of the pendant is marked with a serial number which reads: "E303718", a maker's mark which reads: "W.D.J", an anchor motif, a lion motif, and the letter "C".
