Victorian 14k Turquoise and Pearl Forget-Me-Not Bangle Bracelet
A gorgeous turquoise and pearl bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This wonderful 14k rose gold bangle features a floral "forget-me-not" design, which is formed by turquoise stones and pearls. The petals are formed by the vibrant turquoise stones and the center of the flowers is represented by small pearls. All of the stones are held within bezel settings. The inside of the bracelet features engravings which read "To Holly From Mother & Dad June 1966" and "24 Novbr 1884". The inside of the bracelet also features a small hidden compartment, which contains a lock of hair. The bracelet is hinged and secures with a hidden push clasp and additional safety chain. This feminine bracelet is a perfect everyday piece and would look fabulous worn alone or stacked with other complementary bangles!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where your wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 1/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall. The surface of the bracelet measures a little more than 3/8" wide and is 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the gold setting or to the turquoise stones or pearls. The push clasp and safety chain are both secure and in good working condition.
