Victorian 14k Amethyst Trefoil & Foliage Motif Earrings
A dainty pair of earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold, these earrings begin with two overlapping gold links. One link is a trefoil-motif, and the other 2 graceful foliage-motifs. The surface of each link is decorated with dainty texturizing engravings. Each earring also features a faceted amethyst bead, which display a soft purple hue. The earrings are completed by simple earring wires. A delicate piece, this pair would blend seamlessly into any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang just over 3/4" long (including the earring wires).
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold settings, and both of the amethyst stones are intact and securely set. The earring wires are intact and in working order.
