LAGOS Estate Sterling Silver/18k Convertible Earrings
A fabulous pair of convertible earrings by legendary jeweler, Lagos! Crafted in both sterling silver and 18k yellow gold, each earring begins with a crown-shaped link, which is decorated with a three-dimensional ribbed-design. The bottom of each crown features 6 three-dimensional gold studs. The earrings feature a simple post and omega back. The crown-shaped links are accompanied by a matching oval hoop link, which is decorated with 3 gold studs. The oval-shaped link can be added to the earrings when the omega backs are open, which gives the earrings a convertible design. The backside of the earrings features the Lagos "Caviar" signature, and both "925" and "750" purity marks. A unique pair, these earrings would make a wonderful addition to any Estate jewelry collection!
Measurements: The earrings measure 2" long (with the extension), and 1 1/4" (without the extension). The earrings measure 7/8" at their widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting. The posts and omega backs are both secure and in working order.
