Art Deco Platinum Diamond Engagement Ring .40ct
A beautiful diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in platinum, this ring features a .40ct old European cut diamond. The stone is held within a bead-setting, and further surrounded by a box frame. The stone displays I/J color and SI1 clarity. Each shoulder of the ring features an additional bead-set single cut diamond and intricate, yet subtle milgraining. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank is stamped "10% IRID PLAT", "RPP", and "12.17.35". A delicate ring, this piece would make a lovely engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size 5.75, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1mm.
Condition: The ring is in overall excellent condition. There is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are secure and intact.
