Art Deco 14k Sapphire & Diamond "Moi et Toi" Bypass Ring
A striking sapphire and diamond bypass ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 14k white gold, this lovely piece features two large stones nestled together at the center, forming a stylish "Moi et Toi" ("Me and You") design. One of the large stones is a 1.75ct pear cut sapphire, which is held within a three-prong setting. The sapphire displays a luscious deep blue hue, which wonderfully complements the platinum setting. The other stone is a 1.17ct rose cut diamond, which is wonderfully faceted and also held within a three-prong setting. The central stones are bordered on both the top and bottom by a curve of channel-set baguette cut diamonds. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank features a "14K" purity mark. A unique piece, this ring would make a lovely addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements:The ring is a size 8, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 1.82mm.
Condition:The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and all of the stones are intact and securely set.
